R for Data Science
R is one of the most popular languages for data analysis and data visualization. This FREE two-week course will introduce learners to the fundamentals of doing data science with R, using the tidyverse. You will work through the data-science lifecycle, starting with importing data into R, tidying it, transforming it to an analysis-ready format, and visualizing it.

Head of Data Science and Engineering at Theta
Ramnath is the Head of Data Science and Engineering at Theta, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists and software engineers to revolutionize the world of customer based corporate valuation.
Prior to joining Theta, he was the Head of Data Products and Machine Learning at DataCamp. Before DataCamp, he worked as a Data Scientist at Alteryx, and as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management in the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. He got his PhD in Operations Management from the Wharton School, and worked at McKinsey and Company as a Business Analyst before that. He is addicted to data and R, and has developed several open-source R packages, including rCharts, slidify, and htmlwidgets, aimed at simplifying the process of creating interactive visualizations and web-friendly documents, straight from R.
